• Original packaging is intact
• Product is in resalable condition
• Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Downloadable digital products
• Clearance or final sale items
• Opened hygiene or personal care products (where applicable)

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
